Still on foot, you will reach the closed city (25 minutes, pedestrian path), tourist heart of Concarneau, or you will stroll on the GR34. Located on the floor of a house of contemporary architecture, it will surprise you.

Its brightness, geographical location (shops, restaurants, theater 200 m away), west-facing exposure and comfort will contribute to you having a great vacation. This 2-room apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2022 with new materials and modern furnishings. The living space opens onto a pleasant 9 m² terrace.

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.
