Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Dans un lieu préservé, à 5 mn du Golfe du Morbihan, charmant chalet au bord d'un étang en pleine nature. Rustique mais confortable : - chauffage par poêle à bois - linge de lit et de toilette - douche, toilettes sèches - produits ménagers et de toilette biodégradables Vous accédez au parc boisé, aux équipements communs (barques, boulodrome, ...) et aux équipements partagés : piscine (chauffée en saison) et sauna (avec supplément). Between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, close to the LAKE and these activities (swimming pool, tree climbing, tennis, etc.) La Mer is about 30min drive, for excursions on our beaches (Pornichet, la Baule, Pornic). Feed our 2 cats please (food provided and they live outside).

Large wooded grounds, shaded terrace, sun loungers, ping pong, barbecue and direct and private access to the beach.

My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.
