A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths… everything is within easy reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — it feels like home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to ensure that everything went smoothly. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Luis was very friendly, flexible and available at any time. The pool is heated and nice and warm, especially in bad weather the pool cover is very helpful. You can easily walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We will be happy to come back.

We spent a week on a business trip at Sandy and Pascal's. We had a great week. Pascal and Sandy are very welcoming. We even spent an evening together for Pascal's birthday. I would definitely recommend their accommodation to other travelers.

Cecile and her brother Patrice are very welcoming, friendly and available The house is a haven of peace, quiet surrounded by greenery... We were also able to enjoy the seasonal fruits (grapes, figs and kiwi) from the garden . We are saving this address for a future visit to the Béarn! And we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover or rediscover this beautiful area .

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is close to a lake and the ocean. You can rent bikes next door! This home has what you need and the bedding is comfortable 😀

We rented this accommodation to spend a weekend with the family. The house is very spacious and very well-equipped. The garden is lovely. Lots of games/toys for children. Ideally located to enjoy the beach. I recommend it without hesitating!

Perfect stay for young and old, everyone loved the house and its little extras like books, it's very clean and well maintained. It's in a good location because it's not far from downtown by bike or car. We also took advantage of the bicycles available, very convenient to get around all together at the same pace. This home is absolutely beautiful and ideally located close to the beach. Our group of eight had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area
