Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the pyla dune, the restaurant La Corniche and the beaches, our house with its charming architecture is in the heart of a magnificent landscaped garden of 1600 m2. You will be won over by its different corners terraces out of sight, its atypical gazebo and its large heated pool (from May to September) (10x5m).
