Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

My property is close to beach and restaurants. You will appreciate the comfort, calm and the view. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families with 2 children (+ 1 baby - baby cot + high chair + plastic tub + park). The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric oven, vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher and fume hood. The home was renovated in 2014 with new kitchen and sanitary facilities.
