Very friendly and spontaneous host! This is the 2nd time I have rented from Abdeslam. Apartment is very well located and you have everything within walking distance (beach, taxi, restaurants). I'll definitely be back.

I just want to share my experience with this apartment — it was truly VIP in every way! Super clean and well organized, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to all services, and the host was really friendly and helpful. Loved the fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, and the air conditioning cooled the place down quickly. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy and slightly fancy apartment, this VIP spot is definitely worth trying!

It is a clean apartment, on-site parking, elevator, great caretaker at the entrance and exit, very good value for money + the pool is accessible from mid-May, great.

The stay at Alia and Abdel's house house was wonderful. It is located just minutes from the beach, minutes from the mountain, and above all in a super quiet area, and the views from the terraces are breathtaking (sunrise is movie). In addition, the house is decorated with a lot of taste and affection, and it doesn't lack anything. It's more. I doubt that I find myself again with such a well-equipped house. In addition to all this, Alia and Abdel have been super attentive, making sure at all times that we were comfortable and have everything we needed. I wouldn't mind living in this house for a good season, hahaha Thank you very much for everything

Very nice accommodation, 3-4 min walk to the beach, next to the city, very lively and family-friendly. The mosque is less than a 5-minute walk away and there is a grocery store nearby. The accommodation is clean with a nice cozy entrance and somewhere to hang the laundry.

Yassine’s place was just the perfect spot if you’re looking for a spacious and peaceful home to relax at. Given that I travel almost solely to places with a body of water, for me it was the proximity to the beach that made it exceptional. Yassine is a wonderful, and communicative host, looking forward to coming back to his place sooner than later!

Good ground floor apartment in a very quiet area away from the street, there was a problem with the hot water but they fixed it right away! Highly recommend! Thanks Rabab and also to your parents and next time

Marvelous place

I had a wonderful stay at Fatima Zahra's place. Oussama and Ismael were wonderful hosts, who made me feel right at home. They allowed me to check in early on the day of my arrival and remained responsive and welcoming throughout my visit. The house itself is very clean and comfortable, and it is perfectly situated, on the outskirts of Tetouan's Ensanche and an easy 10-minute walk to the city center. I got around everywhere by foot. I would definitely return to this place in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. Oussama’s place really does have the stunning views shown in the pictures—short walk downhill to the beach, which we had practically to ourselves (we visited in February). The apartment is outside the main part of Fnideq, tucked behind a gas station; prepare for several flights of stairs to get to it, and a 20-minute walk to most restaurants if you’re on foot. The building is nondescript on the outside but well-kept and the room was spotlessly clean. Oussama was a very communicative host, quickly solved a problem with the shower when we brought it to his attention.
