Villa vacation rentals in Placencia

Can't say enough about the location of this property. The House is big, spacious, and has everything you need. Walking distance to three nice restaurants, a great pool, beach, and ocean. The water was incredibly rough when we were there, and bit more dirty than you want, but it didn't stop us from going in most days. Thank you to the property staff who cleaned the shore-line each day. We love this place and would go back in a minute. Thank you for a great vacation.

Sunrise Turtle beach house was a comfortable, well stocked house that felt like home. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of multiple resorts for food and pool use. Peaceful and still close enough to Placencia for an outing without having to be in the heart of all its activity 24/7. Zun, from Flowers Vacation Rental, was an extremely responsive and helpful host.

Our vacation was absolutely perfect, we never wanted to leave! The house was exactly as described and we wouldn't change a thing. It was very easy to check in and out, and the host was super responsive. We will plan to come back!

Great place for our group get away. Pool was fantastic. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Zun was a great host and checked in with us to see how are stay was going. would highly recommend the condo!

We enjoyed our stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. The concierge team was very helpful as well. I recommend staying here if you are visiting Placencia.

This was our third stay here and where will always come when visiting Placencia. It’s the perfect spot with sea, pools and dining.

Unit was as described. Clean and nice setting. Walking distance to several restaurants and a wine shop. Dishwasher leaked, but that’s to be expected in the Caribbean. Pool Space was especially nice.

We had a lovely stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the food wasn’t really good at the restaurant on campus.

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion, family of 11, with plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart, pool, paddle boards, and kayaks were put to great use! However, the best part of the house is the staff. Orlando, the chef, was amazing. Not only was his food delicious, but his company was even better. He was professional and kind. In addition, Carlos and Melanie, who take care of the property inside and out, made us feel at home. Carlos raked the beach, cleaned the pool, and Melanie kept the house spotless. We are very grateful for their professionalism and hard work! They made the trip for us :). One thing to note: two of the three upstairs showers did take a bit to warm up, and I would (for a big family) recommend renting a car as you cannot fit everyone on the golf cart. The property is peaceful and relaxing! We had a great week! Thank you!

We absolutely loved stating at The Slow Loris. It was in the perfect location was an amazing view. We were a group of 8 adults and felt so comfortable and at home. On our day of arrival we were met by a concierge for a tour of the home and helpful information. The perfect vacation home we hope to stay in time and time again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Laylo. Beautiful beach in front, nice swimming pool, quiet, safe and nice restaurants in the area! Jessie was flexible with our arrival as I thought it would take much longer to get through the airport and to Seine Bight! It was a lovely place and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Swan Villas is truly exceptional—from the excellent communication with the host to the unique architectural design of the units. We stayed in the Lion Fish villa, which was well-equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The place was spotless, and we felt right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the breathtaking sunsets each evening. Staying here is a memorable experience and is highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at this lovely house! Zun from the property management company was very responsive and helpful. Strong scented air fresheners were too much for us but this was fine once unplugged. Pool is a great temperature for a hot day. Great wrap around design with 2 bedrooms having direct pool access. Nice Sonos sound system in and out and no nearby neighbours to worry about the noise. Amazing landscaped grounds. Totally private. Sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs at outdoor table and 4 lounge chairs. Well equipped kitchen but needs better can opener. Salt, pepper, rice, sugar and a bit of coffee. No other seasonings or cooking oil. Comfy beds and AC in all rooms. Huge showers. Quick drive to town or beach with a golf cart or car.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described and beautiful. It was quiet and clean- we felt safe staying at Seabird! Highly recommend and great for families.

Beth's Seabird villa was perfect for our group of two families. We have plenty of space and the kids enjoyed the small pool at the home as well as the bigger community pool. We loved that we could be picked up for our snorkel tour right at our own private dock. We also loved the access to the Placencia Beach Club that is provided for staying at Seabird. The home has a great design and we really appreciated the air conditioning! The home was located close to the airport and a very short golf cart ride into town. Beth provided a very helpful list of suggestions for activities, restaurants and things to do making our vacation so much more enjoyable and rewarding. We highly recommend this home and we hope to be back.

Accommodations were great and easy check in/out. It’s about a mile from the Placencia sidewalk so walking was a little tricky. Recommend a golf cart.

We loved our stay at the Slow Loris. It was the best beach location I've ever found. The first night we were there we walked the short distance to The Flying Pig Restaurant/Bar and met the friendliest group of people who made us feel right at home and gave us great recommendations. Just another perk of staying at the Slow Loris Villa. Would highly recommend and would love to return there someday.

We had a group of 7 people and everyone loved the house. The property is exactly as described and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Herbert was very responsive and friendly.

The Freebird House is a perfect tropical vacation dream. Seriously, I cannot exaggerate how wonderful this place was for us. It's like a secluded and peaceful resort that's all your own --- with a pool, a private palapa dock, kayaks, bikes, an outdoor bar, outdoor bathtub, hammocks, and more. The photos don't do it justice! You're on the lagoon, which is preferable to facing the Caribbean because it's protected from the wind and you get the sunsets to the west. You can kayak right from your private pier. To reach the Caribbean, just cross the road behind the house. The house itself is spacious and light and airy and has floor-to-ceiling windows in every room for epic views of the lagoon and the Maya Mountains beyond. The large veranda has tons of space to gather and soak up the breezes and views. The decor is relaxed beach style, but everything is modern, high-quality, and shiny-new. It's a 20-minute drive to Placencia town, but there are also some good restaurants a short walk away.

We had a very pleasurable stay at Breeze of Paradise. The host was communicative and responsive, and the house was what we expected. Having a pool was great for the kids, and watching the pelicans dive all day long just out front was wonderful entertainment. We loved the large kitchen for preparing meals, and all the rooms were very comfortable for our family. We also appreciated the location being somewhat further from the towns further south, but an easy drive in.

Placencia is an absolute gem. Incredible community with great Caribbean Sea access, lots to do and great food and bar options. The property itself is far enough away from the hustle bustle but close enough that it’s accessible by golf in a few minutes. Note: you will need to rent a golf cart, but Captain Jak’s was great to rent a 6 person cart. There are a couple of nice restaurants easily walkable - Mariposa and La Dolce Vita. Both very nice! Hearing the waves as well fall asleep at night was fantastic. And the beds were firm and some of the better quality i have stayed in at an Air BnB. Kitchen had what we needed but we mainly ate out. The outdoor balcony area was amazing and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful complex grounds. Would recommend!

Great place for our family to rest after a long day of travel! Beautiful location

Our stay was amazing. Clean, peaceful complex with neighbors enjoying themselves. The view from the porch was really nice. The grounds were well kept. Great pool. Very family friendly and for couples enjoying themselves. Located a mile north of main town, so you may want to rent a golf cart which Los Porticos helped with setting up. Host made great recommendations for excursions and food, and they helped set up a ride to the airport. The Italian restaurant on-site was so yummy! We enjoyed Pickled Parrot and randomly met two people from northwest Arkansas to watch a hogs basketball. Omar’s, Rumfish, Hibiscus Cafe, Carmen’s, Chillpoint for food. Barefoot Bar on the beach for fun drinks, Brewed Awakenings for breakfast pastries, smoothies, and fruit bowls. Above Ground coffee, Go Sea for watery excursion. Thanks for a great stay!

I have SO MUCH TO SAY about this place. We had a bit of trouble locating the property on day one, as it doesn't have a "real address". Besides that, this home is GOREGOUS! We came to Belize to property hunt, and I seriously did not want to leave! I WANTED TO BUY IT! The location has a bar that is full of expats. What a great group of people. Waking up every morning out the master bedroom to the water was so what we wanted. So much thought went into this house. The pool is the perfect height for people gathering. The bench in the pool is the perfect height for those sitting. The artwork, the linens, the dishes...so much attention to detail. Every creature comfort provided. Very warm and inviting. Bright and airy. I would come back here again and again. VERY NICE PLACE.
