Our stay at this house was very good. The house is spacious and accommodated us comfortably. The location is good for those looking to enjoy the beach. In addition, the owner was attentive and proactive in resolving the setbacks that arose. This readiness to resolve made a lot of difference in our experience. In short, a nice and well-located house for those who want to enjoy Piúma beach.

Great house. It's close to the beach. There is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy very close to the house. It was a great trip.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, Gustavo was very helpful and always answered my messages immediately, we were received by Selma and Marcos (Gustavo's parents) extremely polite people, super high spirits, helpful, concerned with everything for our comfort. I can only thank them. And people can go without fear, the house is wonderful, everything is clean and very comfortable. (Selma gave us tips on the best beach to take the kids, we loved it.

The accommodation was very good , I went with family members, well organized house, full kitchen, has extra fans. I recommend the stay, although it is a few blocks from the beach the access is easy and the neighborhood quiet. I will come back more often. Note 10.

Good amenity of the house, host always available, corresponds with listing. Clean bed and bath linen, clean and well organized house, full kitchen, excellent gourmet aerial. We intend to return.

Upon arriving at the site we were greeted by the friendly couple (Max and Sintia) who promptly introduced us to the premises. We were very comfortable and broke we took advantage of the pool and the barbecue. It is noticed that the couple takes great care of the house with great care and zeal. In short: recommended place for families looking for a quiet, safe environment for rest. Thank you and we'll be back soon!

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

Very good house, near the beach, we went and returned several times on foot. Communication very good, whenever we need we have been served. We will be back soon.

Alock was very polite and attentive, allowed to check in at 9:00 am well before the agreed time. The very good and spacious house all new and clean, very close to the beach and local shops. May rent without fear they will not regret it.

I loved my stay! I was welcomed by Mrs. Maria, a lovely person, very attentive. Wesley was super flexible with check-in and checkout, I needed to leave the apartment a little later and he was super nice. Clean, airy apartment in a wonderful location. I'll be back more often.
