good evening Excellent location and apt. What's missing is a more careful look by those who take care of the cleaning and the lack of some kitchen utensils, things that you just have to adapt to, but your apt is excellent There are only 3 plates, a floor cloth, the fan in the bedroom is broken, there's an improvised squeegee and a pot and some other things that I don't remember. They're simple things but they make a difference, the cleaner just passes over them too!

Mr. Júlio César was super attentive with everything, mega comfortable accommodation with everything we need. And the simply wonderful place, a nearby beach, just go down the street. The house has an incredible view and sunset. This listing and the host deserve a score of 1000. Thank you for the perfect stay. 💪🙏

the apartment is just beautiful and close to the beach (practically walking to the sand), close to everything and the best kiosks in Piúma! loved spending those days there. Danielle is a wonderful host!!!

i thought the lodging was great, as described in the ad ..in front of the beach , sensational coverage...I intend to go back more times ...very goodmm

The condominium is very good, super large swimming pool, facing the sea. Bars nearby. Dead end street, quiet. Complaint only in relation to the car gate that is stuck...it takes a long time to open...sometimes you have to get out of the car and push.

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address afterwards and everything worked out.

The house exceeded all our expectations, a delight, a super quiet place, close to the beach of Castelhanos , comfortable rooms, and, not to mention the receptivity of Mara who helped us in everything and always willing to help us in everything , Marlene her a little love of person, we hired her to help us for breakfast , lunch and in the organization of the house , but she surprised us, we were treated as if she were someone from her family , just compliments . It was very worth it and we already miss it .

The cottage is very nice and we were very comfortable. Good bed, good bathroom with very hot shower. Powerful air-conditioning. A large window with a beautiful view and the best: the sound of the sea at night is spectacular! The space is excellent, wooded, with a swimming pool and quiet. House with a very nice backyard! The kitchen/outdoor dining area is very complete, with lots of utensils. Great place for couples and families. Close to the beach and much closer to the center than I thought.

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. It has a smooth slope, very quiet and quick to climb. New Building. Thank you Rosane and see you next time!

Very well located house and close to the beach, 2 blocks only. Large house with spacious rooms. The BBQ area is very good. A satisfyingly sized pool. Caretaker Milena is very helpful and always available. I recommend and will always be back.

The host was waiting, she explained how to enter the apartment, which was very safe, the demands presented were promptly resolved by her. Very well located apartment. close to beach, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. It was clean and had all the utensils and electronics and appliances. Only due to the sun that hits the apartment all afternoon, making the rooms very hot. What the ceiling fans didn't realize. Suggestion to have fans in the apartment or let the tenants know. Everything else is fine.

Hosts very attentive and always available. Casa with good space, clean, with excellent living areas (barbecue space, terrace with excellent views). The city offers good beach and commerce options, and several nearby tours. Ideal to rest and enjoy moments of tranquility.
