Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

as it was just me and my wife. The house was too big for us. but it comfortably fits 3 couples. ocean view. if you're sedentary, be careful. fourth floor, but it's a quiet climb.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach well in the rooms. Oh, and I missed having a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There's a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth checking out!!

Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
