We had a good time at Villa Marikami. The house is very nice, comfortable and well-equipped. It has everything one needs and it is very clean. It is very well located on a little hill just outside Kamilari village centre. The view from the top is fantastic and you're in walking distance (<5 min) to a small market and several great tavernas. The communication with Eva was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend.

⭐ 5/5 A wonderful Villa stay, thoughtful and relaxing! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful very private Villa. The setting was peaceful and very relaxing especially beside the beautiful pool. The Villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to get us started. From everyday essentials like tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks, to beer, kitchen supplies, and plenty of fresh towels, the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Theodora was very responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations in Pitsidia village, ‘The Bakery’, ‘Raftis’ etc and other beautiful Cretan restaurants in nearby villages, all which were very much appreciated and easy to get to by car also. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A true gem!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during our time in Crete and absolutely fell in love with the place. The home is so cozy and has everything you need from the moment you walk in. Maria was super helpful and made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Set in a rustic village with amazing views of the skyline, this place is one you should book for sure. Super close to the town of Rethymno, with many shops, restaurants, and beaches a short drive away.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Monica. Sie ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, sie hat uns herzliche begrüßt und hat uns rundum versorgt. Die Villa ist ein wahres Träumchen. Bei der Ankunft kamen wir aus dem Staunen nicht mehr raus. Die Villa ist herrlich gelegen. Man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig. Alles ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles da, was man braucht und Pitsidia ist einfach ein Ort für die Seele. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtige schöne Zeit in Monicas wunderschönen Villa. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:-)

We had an amazing week at the Villa with 3 generations of our family, 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for us all and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Villa really is a home from home. The road to the Villa is unfinished so if hiring a car pick an 4x4 or SUV. You can manage without a car as there is a supermarket 10 min walk away and a few restaurants in the village. The Villa has an amazing view, and we experienced stunning sunsets looking out to the sea.

Een zeer mooi huis. Ook de tuin is het prachtig! Wij waren er in december en hebben dus helaas minder kunnen genieten van deze mooie tuin en zwembad met loungeset. Ook de ligging van de slaapkamers ten opzichte van elkaar was heel goed omdat het op die manier veel privacy biedt. En bij iedere slaapkamer een aanpalende badkamer is een groot pluspunt. Ook de verwelkoming met fruit en een lekkere fles wijn vonden wij zeer aangenaam. Het zijn zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Kortom een absolute aanrader.

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

Schönes und sauberes Apartment, dass mit allem ausgestattet ist was nötig ist. Highlight: Der Pool mit Meerblick. In Gesamten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

מאד נהנינו בחופשה בבית זה הכל היה נקי ומסודר. הבריכה מדהימה והחצר מפנקת. המארחים מאד נחמדים ואדיבים. השירות היה יותר מן הכלל. היתה לנו בזכותם חופשה מושלמת. ממליצה מאד על הבית ומקווה לחזור להתארח בו.

Beautiful place, great for families. Lots of toys and even a potty for the kids! Cleaner came mid week which was not necessary but so great. Beach is a 3 min walk. Really need a car to get there which was fine for us! Thanks for everything.

Das tolle Haus, mit dem Pool befindet sich in einer unglaublich schönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist sehr privat. Wir ( 6 Personen) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos sind real. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, besonders lecker die Zitronen, und frischem Wasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es ist ein Luxus, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, ebenso der Sternenhimmel jede Nacht. Restaurants sind in 10 min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Christos und Giorgos sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub zum abschalten und genießen.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service: Nach einem Sandsturm wurde die Terrasse bereits am nächsten Tag gründlich gereinigt – das war wirklich aufmerksam und hat uns sehr gefreut. Kommunikation war unkompliziert und herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Incredible stay, stunning villa, lovely to walk into the little town, and a brand new restaurant opened called ‘Dusk’ a few minutes walk away which was 11/10. We adored the hot tub, luxury, all the little touches. Juicer for fresh orange juice and funky toaster. Thank you Crete is exquisite 💖💖💖

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

Fantastische villa met prachtig zwembad en uitzicht. Beneden bij de zee kun je mooi snorkelen en vissen bekijken dankzij het super heldere water. Wij en onze kinderen hebben er van genoten. Eerste dorp is 30 minuten rijden dus zorg voor voldoende boodschappen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Thomais´resort. Thomais did everything to make us feel welcome and welcomed us with homemade cooking and wine. Located on the mountain top the distance to shopping and restaurants is several kilometers, but excellent taxi service solved this so we dropped our plans to rent a car.

Eine wundervolle Villa, der es an nichts fehlt! Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles, innen wie außen, ist wie auf den Bildern, die definitiv nicht zu viel versprechen! Man hat einen schönen Blick auf Kalamaki und das Meer. Und man hat definitiv seine Ruhe. In der Stadt findet man tolle, landesübliche Restaurants. Das nahegelegene Matala ist definitiv auch einen Besuch wert! Marina und ihr Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Haus und Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen! Wir sagen danke!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in dieser atemberaubenden Villa in Matala zu übernachten, und es war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur wunderschön, sondern auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war wunderschön, täglich den Sonnenaufgang dort zu geniessen werden wir vermissen. Abends einen Sternenhimmel wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Er hat uns Ausflüge organisiert wie einen Tagesausflug mit einem 10 Meter Boot von einem lokalen Fischer und seiner Tochter, welcher uns unteraderemTraumstrände gezeigt hat. Wir konnten fischen und sie haben uns Mittagessen auf dem Boot gekocht Preis Leistung war überragend gut. Vielen Dank für das auch! Ich kann diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch! Top! Top! Top!

Wir waren Ende September mit der Familie für eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Der Besitzer des AirBnB - Stavros - war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit: er hat uns im Vorfeld der Reise bereits Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben und war auch während unseres Aufenthaltes immer für uns erreichbar. Bei Ankunft durften wir uns über kalte Getränke und Obst freuen und auch zwischendurch war er so lieb und hat uns z.B. griechisches Gebäck zum probieren vorbeigebracht. Er war wirklich sehr um uns bemüht! Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt: alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussicht ist wirklich super schön! In der Umgebung gibt es einige kleine Tavernen, in denen man gut Essengehen kann. Wir haben uns in der Woche sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Très belle villa avec sa piscine à débordement. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La literie est super confortable. Bien située pour visiter la région de Matala. Ombrager la terrasse très minérale serait un plus. En fin de journée le soleil est très présent et il y fait très chaud. Tout comme mettre des parasols autour de la piscine serait top.

We (a group of 11 adults and 4 kids) spent one week in the Villa Grabella and we loved it! The house was big enough for us with all the bedrooms (each bedroom with own toilet/shower), living room, kitchen and the terrace with pool. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook your own meals. The terrace and the pool and especially the view was stunning! Supermarkets and various restaurants are very close, you don‘t need a car for it. The Kommos beach is about a half an hour walk from the villa. Our communication with Antonis was great, he replied to our messages always very fast and was very friendly. We would recommend the villa to everyone. 5 stars!

Back from Phaistos Villas. 01.09.23. 14 fantastic nights. Lots of positives and small suggestions to improve. Overall Super, relaxing, fun place to spend with family & friends. We hired all 3 villas. Everyone has space but can also be together. We were 9 adults & 2 children 2&5. All villas with good equipment. Pool is great. Appliances worked with no problems. Excellent air-conditioning, temperatures got V. High. We also used a BBQ some evenings. From the Villa a 5 minute walk to Siva square with great Tavernas, friendly people, lovely food / drink. Also local shops & butcher. Close by = 10 minute drive to Komos beach. WOW. Matala-15 minute drive choice of bars, tavernas good for all ages & budgets. Lovely vibe. 5G network good at entry steps Wi-Fi hit and miss. 2 small suggestions. Stairs in the villas quite steep, curving. Handrails to hold for young or old would be perfect Ceramic tiles pool area very very slippery when wet, stone tiles perhaps safer when wet to walkover.

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Kalimera. Es war genauso wie beschrieben. In der Nähe gab es tolle Restaurants (Danke für die guten Empfehlungen!) und schöne Strände - alles gut mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Aufgrund unserer späten Ankunft hat uns Theodora den Kühlschrank mit diversen Lebensmitteln (Früchten, Tomaten, Gurken, Nudeln, Milch, Wasser, und vieles mehr) gefüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
