SYSILO 3 | Villa with Sea View & Private Pool

SYSILO 3 is an elegant 35 sqm suite for up to 3 people, ideal for couples or small families. It has a double bed and a sofa bed. It offers 2 private courtyards. In the first courtyard there is the private natural salt pool with a built-in sofa, sun loungers and sea view. In the second courtyard there is a built-in sofa with a dining area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning with fancoil, underfloor heating, shared laundry and private parking.

Garden House ALPHA

The house is located quite spectacular on a small hill with 5000 sqm land. This site offers views in all directions,to the sea, mountains and valleys. The old garden with palms,cactus,oleander and olives is generously planned. The traditionally built stone house with ~ 80 sqm is completely renovated and furnished modern. The salt water pool (8x3,5 m) is heated from June onwards . You drive to the village Kamilari 5, to Kommos beach 10 and to the airport 60 minutes.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Villa Mojito was built in 2020. It has stunning views of Mount Psiloritis, the Messara valley and the sea. The house offers everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing holiday. There are several terraces and covered spaces, as well as a large sun terrace by the pool. In 2022 we added a large electrical pergola to provide extra shade. The house has excellent air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer and warm in winter. We also have a pellet stove.

My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.

Independent Studio with loft, the double bed is on the ground floor and the two single beds in the loft, bathroom, kitchen, comfortable courtyard in front of the sea and at the back of the house. The house is located next to Avra Tavern and it is very easy to find. The advantage of the house is that it is right in front of the sea.
