Back-to-Nature Eco Retreat

VictoriaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This getaway, has been by far our favourite. we was hoping to escape our busy work lives, and connect with nature, this was delivered beautifully. the cabin offers, a peaceful, tranquil, retreat with an opportunity to explore woodlands and beaches. feel very grounded, and looking forward to returning. enjoyed the books and games that were on offer, the binoculars offered a chance to relax and see the beautiful wildlife that surrounds the cabin. the hamper was lovely, with locally sourced items. the log burner looked very inviting, although it was warm weather meant we didn't need to use it. the stillness and quietness surrounding the cabin was luxurious. although when we did have days out, the main road was minutes away. we enjoyed visiting Loch catrina, fairy glen, Rosemarkie beach, dornoch beach, evanton woods/black rock gorge and a wee pit stop to pipers cafe in tain. just fabulous. congratulations Katy and Jay for providing the opportunity to relax and enjoy the now

Beach side, inbetween Royal Dornoch and Inverness

MarcRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Amazing location with stunning views, great for walks on the beach and surrounding areas with the dog. Lots of villages and towns within driving distance for a day out. The cottage itself is perfect for a couple (and dog), warm, cosy and homely with everything you need to make for a perfect break. Cannot recommend enough and would certainly consider the hosts other locations for our next breaks.

Seaside gypsy caravan retreat in the Highlands

NiamhRating, 5 stars4 days ago
I think that this was the best place that I have ever stayed in. If I could give it ten stars I would. The space is charming and perfectly set up. The mattress is heavenly. The view is lovely, there is a private little seating area at the back. Although there is a journey to the bathroom it’s not far. They have included lots of thoughtful items for guests. Samir is incredibly helpful and kind. I was sorry to leave. It really felt like a home.
The semi-detached cottage features a stone exterior with a welcoming blue front door. Multiple gabled windows allow natural light to enter, while foliage and garden plants surround the entrance. The landscape is gently sloping, providing a serene backdrop against the rural setting.
