The entire 3,000 m2 property is closed, covered, fenced and rented to only one guest on the given dates. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + an extra bed. You can sit under a large covered pergola or by the fire pit. There is a Jickovic stream in the garden and there is an opportunity to swim in its own bathing area, which is an average of 13 meters.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2x single beds). The cottage includes two beautiful terraces.

Cottage Koloděje nad Lužnicí

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. Dogs are welcome.
