Our new house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. With us you will find everything you need for a carefree stay. The quiet location of the gardening colony, the proximity of the river and almost 100% darkness that will make your sleep more pleasant. We will lend you a canoe, paddleboard or 2 bicycles for free. You can spend the evenings by the fireplace or by the widescreen TV with a movie. The stay can also be enlivened by a turntable on which you can reminisce about the old days. In good weather, we rent our motorboat, which anyone can drive. Dogs are welcome.

Chata Zahrádka

We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

There are a large number of forests in the area that lead to excursions.Chalupa has two gardens with outdoor seating, a sandpit for children, and where raspberries and blueberries grow. A big deal is a historic barn with seating for various celebrations. The cottage is decorated in a retro style with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and a folding sofa in the living room for two more guests. The renowned Inn u Jiskr is 5 minutes away by car.

It is a quiet edge of Písek within reach of the beautiful South Bohemian nature and the canyon of the Otava River. On the farm you can see wild grazing horses and sheep, meadows, orchards and a landscape of permaculture. The historic town of Písek offers many interesting restaurants and cafes, as well as a historic center on the Otava River and rich cultural activities for children and adults. The Pootava cycle path runs along the Otava River.

Two terraces will contribute to the comfort and in bad weather outdoor barbecue and fire under the roof in a renovated barn, in hot weather an outdoor shower with water from the well. Playroom available (also for adults). It is possible to use the garden for camping or sleeping in the open air. We are not a luxury, we are a cottage in peace :-)

There is enough space for a family or a group of 8 people with the possibility of extra beds (2x baby cot - free or 1x large bed - for an extra charge). Large garden with fruit trees, currants and vegetable beds. Outdoor terrace with barbecue, seating, sun loungers, sandpit and fireplace. Parking 1x garage plus 3x within the property. Suitable for cycling, hiking, spa stays and trips to southern Bohemia. Swimming in the Otava River 3 km. In the village there is a shop, a railway and bus station and a family restaurant.

Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

The cabin is situated in the very peaceful area with the forests and great nature around. Dobrá Voda is small village with long history and old linden alley. Many turistic and bike lines go through the village. You can spend many days just chilling there and go to the trips around. The cabin is comfortable with all you need for cooking. You can make the fire in firering and there is the grill, too. The WC is inside the cabin and the comfortable solar shower on the garden. Dogs permitted.
