Homely studio in Bansko, free swimming pool & Gym!

Our place is ideal for a short and long term stay. Renovated a year ago, it is in a very quiet and peaceful area yet minutes walking to the center of Bansko and the ski lift. It is fully equipped with everything you need - washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, Smart TV, new air conditioning. Our guests can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and Gym free of charge. Steam room and sauna for an additional fee. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony looking at the stunning views over the mountains.

Our apartment features a full kitchen, bathroom, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making it perfect for couples or small families. With access to the gym and common fireplace. Restaurants and bars are walking distance in winter or within a beautiful 20 min walk to the old town in summer!

The furniture and appliances are new, the apartment is available for rent from January 2024. There is a children's playground in the courtyard of the complex. Across the street is the main gondola lift station ,which also works during some of the summer months .From mid - April ,when the ski season ends ,till November the area is extremely quiet and peaceful. For this period we offer to our guests free mountain bikes. This place is perfect for a single traveler , couple or close friends. Ideal for skiers ,mountain bikers and mountaineers.

Mountain Cozy Studio w/ Fireplace/ Free Parking

The fully renovated one-bedroom condo is on the second floor. The building itself is located on the highest point of Bansko with panoramic view few steps away, right at the border of Pirin National park and is start point of many hiking routes. This part of the city is quiet and calm, not crowded, and ideal for having а fulfilling rest. We created a place with cozy atmosphere so you can feel at home and enjoy it as much as we do.
