The apartment, partially renovated at the end of 2022 and then at the end of 2023, is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. The residence offers an unheated swimming pool (mid-May to mid-September) and a laundromat (for a fee). The accommodation is located close to the port, shops, restaurants and train station, direct TGV Montparnasse, 25 min walk, shuttle bus

House 400 meters from the port

The central location of this house makes it easy to do "everything on foot" (beaches, marina, market, shops, etc.). The saltwater pool (9 X 3), heated from April to October (depending on the outside temperatures), is for your exclusive use! To discover (or rediscover): the medieval city of Guérande, the salt marshes, La Baule... but also the islands with immediate departure from the port.
