This property has a very large backyard to play and relax in and enjoy a fire in the evening after a nice BBQ, or wake up with a morning yoga session. Three comfortable bedrooms give space for 5 guests. Baby and toddler approved home, with a desk space for personal use, complete with patio and picnic table in the yard. Great family vacation home. Also, easily access Mount Rushmore Road and Interstate 90. This home has recently been updated and is ready for your stay! Did we mention there is a private heated indoor pool!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!
