Agnès and Sandy welcome you to this beautiful mountain cottage located in the heart of the 7 Laux resort. Access ONLY by ski or snowshoe in winter, or on foot in summer. No motorized access (vehicle parked in the Pipay parking lot, then you go up to the chalet): 20 min walk to the parking lot on snowshoe or on foot. By ski: from the Grand Cerf telecombi. Welcome upon arrival at the LE FARINAUD restaurant; where the route and all the necessary information will be given to you.

Independent 2-bedroom accommodation of 56 m2, on the first floor of a character house with its own access with adjoining land. Includes a kitchen of about 20 m2, a living room of 20 m2 equipped with a sofa bed, a bedroom of 16 m2 with a large bed, a bathroom with separate toilet. Furnished simply, spartan but functional. Heating is provided by air-to-air heat pumps. Domestic water comes from a source.
