Une entrée ouvre sur une spacieuse pièce de jour composée d'un salon, d'un coin repas et d'une cuisine qui ouvre sur une terrasse donnant sur un jardin privatif. La cuisine est completée d'une arriere cuisine. Pour le coin nuit, 3 chambres (6 couchages) 1 salle de bains avec douche, 2 WC.

La maison doit être rendu dans un état correct.
