Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Piney Green

This was the perfect spot for a couple to spend a long weekend! Everything was clean, well kept, and beautiful! The host was great and very responsive! We had a great time and would highly recommend this place!

Great location! Clean, comfortable, and accommodating! Close to downtown restaurants and the river boardwalk. Easy access to highways that will take you anywhere you want to go in Wilmington. Vicki and Charles were great hosts and provided everything we needed. We will be back!

We had a fun time at this location. Our trip was mainly for fishing so it was great that the house was less than a 2 minute drive from a pier and fishing spot. The apartment was clean and the host was super nice. Instructions were clear. I’d definitely book this location again when I visit New Bern.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

Sara is a phenomenal host. Her place was as described and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked but the local restaurants, so many within easy walking distance, were too tempting to resist. The furnishings were all comfortable, including the bed, which was much appreciated. If you have stayed at an airbnb with a cheap mattress, you will understand my relief. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony and watching the boats sail by. After breakfast at The Drift Coffee + Kitchen (awesome avocado toast) we set a goal to explore the entire Riverwalk and it was easily done, even in the June heat. Whether boat tours, historical home tours, horse drawn carriage rides, or shopping are on your list, Sara's condo is centrally located and very convenient. So much so, once we parked our car, we didn't need it again until we were ready to leave. And as an additional convenience, the complementary parking pass was so helpful. We look forward to another stay.

Christi was very responsive and the studio was very clean and quiet.

Lil Dock was great! The view & being on the river was wonderful. It was very peaceful & quiet. The sunsets were so pretty! 🎆 We enjoyed spending time on the dock in the morning & the porch was great with the Trex decking. We enjoyed the location as there was minimal traffic & it was private. We love going to New Bern. It is a quaint town with lots of good restaurants, shopping & friendly people. Lil Dock is a gem & we would definitely stay again! ❤️ Thank you Nelson & Elizabeth! 😁

Me and my family stayed here for our beach vacation and it was wonderful not to bad of a drive to the beach and when we got back all the kids had plenty to do from swimming in the pool to playing sports in the yard and my grandmother loved fishing by the pond recommended 10/10 🙂

The house was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Centrally located to everything you needed in Jacksonville.

Sam, Words can not express how pleased I was to have stayed at your home! My kids fell in love with the Mario themed room. I fell in love with THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND NEIGHBORHOOD! The house was Emmaculate, Bright, Fresh, Welcoming and most of ALL, just like the pictures. The house was clean and pretty. One of our parties didn’t make it. The home had 3 beds/2 full baths. I would highly recommend staying here. Minutes from Camp Lejuene and Surf City. We had a great time thank you Giommar.

This was our first Airbnb experience and I must say, it was a great one. We were displaced for nearly 3 months because of a home remodel. The home was so comfortable, inviting and pet friendly. This was a comfortable, quiet, peaceful country stay!! by far our favorite stay! we will be coming back for sure! we saw deer in the woods and a turtle in the yard!!!! looooooooved it!

Perfect place to stay to visit our son at Camp Lejeune! We had a wonderful visit and this property had plenty of space for us. The game room was a much used added bonus! Would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

It was exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for my wife and I. A peaceful and quiet part of the island. The view is incredible. Coffee joy was a great place to get our morning coffee(a couple minutes down the road. Went to splash by sea, sears landing and river view cafe to eat. All were very good.

The view is incredible from the balcony. We had coffee out there every morning, and my husband even spotted a dolphin! The location is amazing! The condo is walkable to so many delicious restaurants. We took nightly walks after dinner along the Riverwalk. The hosts always responded so quickly, and added nice touches such as leaving us a bottle of wine and candies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. We stayed for our anniversary weekend it was very peaceful and quiet. They send us recommendation before our visit that helped planned ahead. The condo is very accessible and just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had an excellent stay in an awesome place! Julie has all instructions and suggested activities organized in handy folders that go above and beyond! Super clean and quiet! I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect… close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful!
