Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

The Boho Barndo is absolutely beautiful and exactly as photographed and described. It is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of amenities. The kitchen is well stocked to cook just about anything which was very helpful since we made dinner there each night. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the privacy of the outdoor space. The overall property is so peaceful and located in a great area to have short day trip drives to other cities but also enjoy the local area. Overall, it was perfect for us and we already can’t wait to stay again!

Three Little Birds Canal Cottage

My family and I traveled to SC from NY for a family friend's wedding and found this cottage and immediately rented it because of the pictures. When we arrived, everything was exactly as described with every amenity you could think of! After some bumps in our travel to SC, it was nice to settle into the home like it was our home away from home. The WiFi was spotty for a couple days, but Kim was very prompt in fixing the issue and we had no more issues with service after that. Our favorite feature of the cottage was the enclosed porch in the back! It was really relaxing and a nice way to wind down after the busy days we had, especially after coming back from visiting Charleston for the day. It is an hour away from the airport so just keep that in mind if you are flying! The drive goes by pretty quickly though. We would definitely rent from Kim and Lee again!

This home was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and my favorite was the bathtub!! Peaceful getaway and a sight to see with the lake right in the backyard!! My only issue was the lock pad but once we got inside it was amazing. We will definitely be back here again very soon!!!

The home was absolutely perfect for our large family gathering! It was so nice to have plenty of space with wide open rooms. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking meals for the large group and then a wonderful huge table to eat together. The pool was perfect for the younger ones while we all got to visit. We've stayed in many short term rentals and this is our favorite!
