Truly one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. I believe it’s pet friendly and I generally try not to stay in accommodations that are pet friendly (unless we have our pet in tow). Mostly due to the difficulty in cleaning up pet hair. This home, floors and furniture were spotless. We ride bikes and really had no idea how convenient the Sugar Creek greenway was to the house. Very easy access and you can ride for miles and miles along the creek bank. Most homes don’t allow guests access to garage. Here we were able to easily stir our bikes and keep them out of the weather. Great stay and quiet neighborhood! Don’t miss this one.

We were in Charlotte for the PGA Championship and found a perfect stay at Edward’s condo. It was convenient to South Park, Quail Hallow and many delicious restaurants. The unit was wonderful with many amenities to make the stay feel like home. With a full kitchen and appliances, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals and the washer and dryer allowed us to do laundry during our week long stay. Edward was a great host and we will stay there again if we are in the Charlotte area.

Paul was responsive and communicated all information well in advance of our stay. The place was spacious and well supplied as well as conveniently located to several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping locations. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.
