Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pine Mountain Club

We had an excellent experience staying at your home. The rooms were well-decorated and everything was beautifully organized. The rooms and living areas are spacious and the Spanish bathroom with jacuzzi was a cherry on the top. We enjoyed spending time on the front patio and back deck which had several chairs and sofa for seating and just relaxing. The surrounding areas are very peaceful and amazing. We relished every moment during our stay in this house.

Great communication- very in touch with his guests! Was willing to communicate about everything and was such a big help! The house was perfect for our getaway!

I have gotten a quick response from the host and everything that description says tend to be accurate although some minor things can be interpreted little differently. Everything was new except few things that can be easily replaced or requested to be replace. Place has nothing to do outside of the site but good place to be isolated and relaxed

Such a great weekend! It was snowing and my daughters loved it! We didn’t even have to travel far either because there was enough snow surrounding the house that we were able to play and build snowman in. Irina was very accommodating and let us check in earlier! We had no problems with anything and the neighbors were even friendly and had helped us flatten out the snow on the driveway. Great time and the heater was very convenient! Close to town and beautiful scenery! Thank you for having us!

Paula’s cabin was perfect! Peaceful and quiet, close to groceries and activities if desired, but far enough for privacy. The grand piano is an incredible plus, and the views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We loved this sweet space so much! It is a small inside space, but we thought it was perfect for two adults and two teens. It has a beautiful deck and that adds space as well! Everything inside was super clean and uncluttered. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The location could not be better. You are walking distance (1 block) to the main center of town with restaurants and shops. But the home still feels secluded and within nature. It also felt safe because there are neighbors around. I also really appreciated the organized binder that had all the necessary info and club cards. We really had a great time and absolutely would come again! Thank you Matt!

This place is great. Public swimming pool and golf/tennis area 👍🏻 And the whole village is super peaceful. I loved taking a walk while staying. Almost everything was already prepared in the house such as cooking ingredients and both house itself and cooking plates were clean. The only downside was that the parking space is too small. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved Aaron’s place! We rented it for the first time while doing a shoot in the desert, and are so glad we did. We will be calling on this place to stay again in the future!

It truly felt like our home. The perfect size for a couple, we enjoyed the instant peaceful feel when you open the door. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed, the bathroom was beautifully appointed and plenty of natural light, and the living space and patio felt like you were in your own world. You couldn't hear outside noise at all. We will definitely be making this our home whenever we come back to Santa Barbara. Just park your car, unpack and relax.

Loved staying here! Very clean and such a sweet little cottage. There's a perfect little private outdoor area with a small table so you can cook or get takeout and eat outside. Perfect for a cozy little getaway. The only thing I didn't love is that it is close enough to the freeway that you can hear the traffic (and the train). But you get used to that pretty quickly. Arrival and checkout were easy and hosts checked in to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Just lovely… very East Hampton vibe. Comfortable, convenient, well stocked, and nestled in a pretty little wooded area with great ocean views. Quick walk to beach. Just perfect!! Very accommodating host!! Thank you Vacation Rentals!!!

Couldn’t ask for more, my first time in Cali, having such a beautiful space to stay in with cleanliness and everything as described made me feel at home. Nicely secured, gym w everything you could ask for in it! hot tub and pool give vacation vibes, Palm trees Club house w pool table! , outdoor lounge area with grill and fireplace I plan to stay again and of course having such responsive understanding accommodating host made my stay comfortable thanks again

Incredibly clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. The surrounding scenery was gorgeous, and the neighborhood was quiet. Loved our stay.

We had an amazing time staying at Soul and Sea, Unit 5.. We were up for a graduation and it was a perfect place for us to stay with our family. Heather, the host was really great. She gave us detailed instructions and was very flexible and helpful with anything we needed. The unit was perfect! It has a wonderful beachy vibe with tasteful and comfy couches and chairs. The attention to detail was amazing. Anything you needed was there. Our bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. They also have a full size kitchen with all the amenities, including lots of coffee pods that were really appreciated. I can’t wait to come back. It truly was a great experience.
