Cliff's Cabin - authentic Montana retreat

Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. A stellar location, you will be hard-pressed to find a more memorable authentic cabin experience during your Montana travels

Just the right amount of rustic, this cabin is also quite secluded with a few neighbors, including deer, elk, foxes, eagles, hawks, magpies, blue birds, finches, gophers, and more! Located with an awe-inspiring view of the mountains and so close to Yellowstone and Chico Hot Springs, and the western town of Livingston. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

This tiny one room cabin is the perfect place to rest your head after a great day of fishing, touring Yellowstone National Park, exploring the country, or Jammin with the music at the lodge next door. The cabin can sleep 3 in its twin bed and twin bunks; bring your own bedding. It has a small deck. One parking spot comes with the cabin rental. There is no running water in the cabin but we have a showerhouse. The cabin has electricity and a small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.
