We are a working cattle farm with an orchard, garden, resident farmer (in a house on the property), acres of woods and miles of country roads. Lots of space! We are near the end of the Border to Border trail going to Dexter now and soon all the way to Ann Arbor! Located across the street from the Michigan Sailing Club. Thank you, Amanda for such a wonderful place and in an experience for my family. We were coming on a visit for a shower on Saturday that my niece was having up in Fenton and at first thought maybe we booked too far away. Number one it could’ve been an hour away and it would’ve been worth it and it actually ended up only being 20 minutes away. Also, we got to take the boys out while the girls were at the shower to the shops, the outlet shops. Everything was fantastic.

Very nice. Place Was in pristine condition and felt like a new place. We loved opening the sliding glass door and listening to the birds. Saw deer go by as well. So peaceful!!! Everything is in this small comfy space. It is connected to a house but we didn’t see or hear any noise from others. Thankful to have the washer dryer.

We were in town for our son's wedding and we wanted a place that was comfortable, close to everywhere we needed to go, and where we could host small family gatherings in town for the wedding. This was the perfect place. It's a beautiful location, quiet and when the weather was nice and we had down time, we enjoyed the lake. Tyler our host was not only responsive, but proactive in reaching out to us to make sure that our stay at the Black Marlin was as comfortable as possible. He helped make our stay stress free, so we could focus on the wedding. I can't recommend this property and this host enough!

My goodness, the pictures dont do this place justice. I think we underpaid! The house was beautiful, the surroundings were amazing, 10/10 highly recommend. Joseph was timely in his responses, we had no issues with entry or accommodations. A word of advice to future guests, carpool or travel in the least amount of vehicles possible, the parking is scarce and we would not want to impede on such a beautiful neighborhood with a procession of cars. Thank you Joseph 100%!
