Amazing place this is. Right in the heart of Koregaon Park. You have number of Cafes and Restaurants within walking distance. Also you have chai tapris if you crave for it. The place itself is nice cozy.. trees around.. you wakeup to birds chirping. The fav thing about this place is the balcony.. 🥰 About the host - Lalit is promt to reply if you have any doubts. If you need anything he is just a call away. Housekeeping is also very helpful. Thank you Lalit for hosting us. 😊

Fantastic stay! We were a family of six across three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. The home is conveniently located in Kothrud—just under 30 minutes from the Peth area—with plenty of eateries nearby, from Maharashtrian joints to continental spots and Irani cafés. The host was extremely prompt, regularly checking in to see if we needed anything. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Daily housekeeping was a big plus, and a clogged washbasin was fixed within hours. Highly recommended!

This was my first time I booked Airbnb. And Ananya being the host was the best! She is so responsive. Whenever I got any doubt she helped me right there. She also takes care whether we are comfortable or not. The place is so neat and clean. We feel like home here. The vibe , the surrounding everything is top notch. A great place to stay if you are a solo or a duo traveller! The locality is good, everything is available in walking distance. Sometimes the security guards here are rude for no reason but thats something one can’t change. Mr. Soumen is a great host!

It was a nice, quiet place to stay. The home-cooked food from the store across the street was very good. The accommodation was spacious, with a lovely terrace, and it was conveniently located near the Pune Expressway and Bangalore Highway. The host was cooperative and kind. I highly recommend this place for those who appreciate a tranquil environment.

Fantastic stay last week! It felt like a peaceful oasis, reminds you of Central Park in NYC, green nestled amid tall apartments. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, greeting us warmly upon arrival. The recently renovated villa boasts modern amenities, including RO water, a home theatre, a snooker table, and new AC units and geysers, big TV's, and more... With a group of 12, we enjoyed cooking lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a good range of cutlery. The pool was well-maintained and felt wonderfully private. We loved the decor, large paintings and furniture with a cared vintage and modern touch. You will be just 200 meters from a large shopping mall with around 20 dining options, we ordered a T-shirt via Swiggy, arriving in just 6 minutes!!!, The spacious sit-out areas near the pool and in the hall were perfect for our large group. The pets on the property were surprisingly well-behaved. Susmitha and her family were always just a ping away with a smile. Gr8

It is a heaven at just 9k. The house is made so beautifully that you'll feel like you're in some foreign country. The arched french doors, the balcony, the flooring, the lights, the furniture... I just don't have enough words to describe how amazing the feel was. The electricity did go multiple times but they have a generator and was up in like one minute. The jacuzzi is just perfect on the balcony. The food was pretty great, very homely. And the sound system is so awesome you can hear it from any corner of the house. The picturesque location and views are just to die for. And Raunak was always there responsive and polite.

This was the perfect place for the trip id planned. It’s a cosy apartment right off the expressway, so I didn’t need to get into Pune traffic. The society has great amenities and is located in a rather picturesque setting. As does the apartment itself - well maintained, clean and hygienic, and with all the creature comforts that one can expect. It did help that the host, Aruna was super responsive and helpful at every juncture. Overall I’d strongly recommend the place.

I visited Pune with my family and stayed here for 3 nights – the place truly gave a homely vibe. The flat was clean, and it was cleaned every morning, which was a big plus. You can easily make basic things like tea, coffee, or a simple breakfast, which made it very convenient for us. Shiv and Amit were extremely helpful throughout our stay – always just a call away whenever we needed anything. While the location was a little tricky to find at first, it was totally worth it once we settled in. Highly recommended for a comfortable family stay!
