It was great experience for us. It was very peaceful. All the amenities were there as mentioned. Would surely recommend my friends to be here. So we had our train reaching early then our check in time so I requested the team to give me check in 1hr before and they somehow managed to provide the check-in and we are grateful for that. Overall great stay.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great local tips. Check-in was smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall experience was good, but few things need to be take care of. Most important, there is a camera in the hall facing the door. Although camera does not cover any of the rooms, it is common knowledge that the camera has microphones so privacy does get intruded, ideally the camera should be outside the main door. A few more utensils including a microwave would be better. Previous experience with Airbnb is the utensils and dishes are being washed by the caretaker, in this case Priyanka informed that we need to do it. If you have XUV or big sedan, you will need extremely high skills to reach the alloted parking in the lower basement to ensure you reach without scraping your car due to the narrow and faulty design of the path. Driving since 25 years, but still I had to reverse 2-3 times to reach and exit from the parking.

Polly is a great host, his home has everything to offer from Sofa Cum Bed, to a balcony hammock, kitchen full of required amenities, enough storage , washing machine, wonderful and comfy bed. We spent evenings listening to music inside the home. it's next to some great night/hangout bars/restaurants. if you intend to stay in Koregaon, this is undoubtedly recommended for a perfect experience host is responsive, proactively gives instructions on check in etc and has a team to support you for any query stay was hassle free. house is big.

This is by all accounts a fabulous place to stay. If you can overlook the dishevelled main entrance and the Effingut offices on the same floor, all is good.. Once you close the front door it's an oasis.. Plenty of hot water clean as can be with all the bits and pieces anyone will need for a weekend away. This really is a special place and highly recommended. Private and peaceful are the added bonus..

Great service from the host

The stay was amazing,host was responsive,proper parking was there, cleanliness was maintained. The caretaker of the place was also very polite. The ambience, the river view in the evening everything was just wonderful. And most importantly washrooms were clean with proper water supply.

Jeeet, the host of this property is a genuine guy and always goes out of the box to help the client whatever the issue or problem... his property is worth tje visit and stay in with hygin and uninterupted pease of mind but when required instunt help and support. it was very pleasant stay with plenty of amenities going further I would like to suggest that Check in time has to be reduced to atleast 13:00...rest everything is upto the mark with Value for Money
