Amazing place this is. Right in the heart of Koregaon Park. You have number of Cafes and Restaurants within walking distance. Also you have chai tapris if you crave for it. The place itself is nice cozy.. trees around.. you wakeup to birds chirping. The fav thing about this place is the balcony.. 🥰 About the host - Lalit is promt to reply if you have any doubts. If you need anything he is just a call away. Housekeeping is also very helpful. Thank you Lalit for hosting us. 😊

Spacious place, with great ambiance.

This was my first time I booked Airbnb. And Ananya being the host was the best! She is so responsive. Whenever I got any doubt she helped me right there. She also takes care whether we are comfortable or not. The place is so neat and clean. We feel like home here. The vibe , the surrounding everything is top notch. property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

Stayed at this peaceful 3BHK bungalow in a quiet locality, it was perfect! The house was spotless, spacious and well-maintained. Met the hosts while checking in, very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for a tranquil escape!

The property was well maintained and easy to access. it was neat and clean and everything was functioning inside. Beds/Linens were clean and so as the furniture/kitchen. I stayed with my family for 4 days and it was a very good experience. Car park was on the road outside the property. Price was higher compared to similar properties. Host is a good person and friendly. He was very responsive and ensured everything was fine during the stay. I had a pleasant experience staying here.

We felt right at home and safe. While we had booked the place only for a day, we extended our stay by 2 days considering the environment and calm around the location. All basic amenities were also in place. Satish sir helped us beyond what we requested and he sure is a great host.

It is the second time we stayed here this year [2025]. Perfect apartment, nice area. The apartment has everything we need and is close to shops and restaurants. If you gonna stay in Pune, stay here. We recommend this apartment. Responsive and service minded hosts. You can't go wrong with booking this place. We stayed 14 days both times, but you can stay longer or shorter. Enjoy your stay.

I had a lovely time. The host was super helpful and so was the caretaker/manager, Mr Mahesh. The rooms were clean and breakfast was tasty. This is one of the best Airbnbs in and around the Kharadi region. I highly recommend it.
