Very nice apartment with very good amenities. Everything was very clean, the linens smelled wonderful. The location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and still want to be close to busy places or shopping. Karin always responded very quickly. Communication was super friendly. Check-in is also possible with a key safe. We felt very comfortable.

Cozy apartment in a quiet suburb. Host and his family were very friendly and especially kind to the children. Highly recommended as a quiet base point for excursions in the area.

The apartment is beautifully situated on the edge of the center of Mariánské Lázně. Everything is very well within walking distance. You can sit very nicely on the balcony. Shopping is very close. The apartment is ideal for a short trip for two. It is cozy and very well equipped! The car is well located in a safe underground garage, which is easily accessible by elevator! Especially recommended is the small restaurant U'Josefa Svejka just around the corner! Price-performance ratio and quality of food and drinks are unbeatable here! There are also several very nice and very good German-speaking waiters! We will be happy to come back!

The appearance of the house and the common hallway would be worth the improvement, but the apartment itself was nice, spacious and modern. We were happy and enjoyed our stay.

best location in pilsen! (and large window is soundproofed, so noise from square isn't a problem.) comfy bed, great shower water pressure, safe and central location. loved my stay here.

Definitely the most beautiful accommodation in Pilsen and its surroundings. The apartment is modern, clean and in an amazing location right in the heart of Pilsen! Everything is close. We had dinner at the Pilsner Urquell factory, but there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. The Plaza shopping center and Pilsen Zoo, which is definitely worth a visit, are also nearby. We were also extremely satisfied with the parking space inside the building. We can definitely only highly recommend!

Very cosy and very clean appartement. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail. Big balcony and a beautiful view on the garden and pond. It was very peaceful with a lot of nature around you. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Jana is so friendly and nice. Communicating with her is problem free. The location is in a very beautiful and peaceful area but still accessible to stores and tram stop. It's 10min away by taxi and approximately 15min by tram to the central. The place is really clean, cozy and we felt comfortable about it right awat. We got what we needed, especially in the kitchen. We also enjoyed a romantic bath where she prepared some floating candles. Overall the experience is great and highly recommend

We had a great time in Marienbad! We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is very well located, the city center is within walking distance. The apartment is CLEAN, modern, tasteful and lovingly furnished. The contact was always friendly and accommodating! The free parking space in the parking garage was also very helpful! Great new apartment, tastefully and modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker for beans, which we really appreciated. Located in a beautiful and peaceful place in nature, perfect for walking and relaxing. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our requests. Recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to relax!

We stayed for one night in Ludek's luxurious apartment. Everything is as shown in the pictures and kept very generous. Also the view is very luxurious, the location more than super! We were also able to book a suitable car parking space. We didn't meet Ludek himself, unfortunately his friend didn't speak English or German. Thanks to a spoken app, it was still smooth and uncomplicated. I can only recommend it.

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. We also met Katrin's mother briefly. They gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private hot tub including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very accessible for questions. I look forward to staying there again! Thank 🫶🏻 you so much!

Modern accommodation, but at the same time very cozy, everything needed is in place, the host is very welcoming and the neighborhood offers many opportunities to spend time. The icing is a beautiful wellness. I definitely recommend it!

Bohan was very helpful and provided anything I needed. Location is about a 10 minute walk from Beroun bus/train station so Prague, Plzen etc are easily accessible. Good value for money, I would be happy to stay again.

We had one stay with Mrs. Vladislava in the past, we were very satisfied and didn't get burned this time. Everything was in perfect order about the arrangement, the room was impeccably clean, we were delighted with the prepared refreshments. At check-in, we were offered breakfast for an additional fee, which was unmatched at the listed price. The hot tub is big enough for two people, and know you won't want to get out of it. A good added value is also parking right in the accommodation area, which is guarded by a camera system. Finally, I would like to say that the owner is a big professional who could take a role model for some of the landlords. It was nice to meet you in person, thank you for a pleasant weekend and we will definitely be back!
