Really comfortable apartment with a functional kitchen and comfortable bed. Really convenient location between multiple tram stops and several good restaurants nearby. The construction site outside the balcony was surprising to me - but didn’t really disrupt anything. Daily low to moderate level worksite noise but only during work hours, so didn’t interrupt sleep.

Good clean place with access to private and public parking . Big city malls are 10 minutes to walk . Check-in is flexible with good instructions . As we required the place near to Poznan plaza it was good match for us. As we did not visit city center I cannot tell is it hard to get there , but I know that public transport is working well

Super pobyt. Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne, gospodarz miły, komunikatywny. Wszystko przebiegło bez problemu.

Pobyt udany pomimo paskudnej pogody, w samym mieście wszędzie blisko, na piechotę. Oferowane piętro utrzymane w klimacie kamienicy, czysto.

Pobyt w Old House Apartments w Poznaniu to była czysta przyjemność! Miejsce z duszą, w którym od razu człowiek czuje się jak u dobrych znajomych – tylko tych, co mają świetny gust w urządzaniu wnętrz. Apartament przepiękny, czyściutki, wyposażony we wszystko, czego można zapragnąć. Lokalizacja? Marzenie – wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie spokojnie. Gospodarze przesympatyczni, pomocni i uśmiechnięci – czuć, że robią to z sercem. Jeśli Poznań, to już tylko tutaj. Szczerze polecam, choć przyznam, że trochę egoistycznie wolałbym, żeby to miejsce zostało moim małym sekretem bo terminy są zarezerwowane pół roku do przodu.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The apartment was spotless, modern, beautifully designed, and very well maintained. Everything felt fresh and high quality. The location is perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Poznań!

I absolutely recommend this accommodation and I will stay here again if it will be available when I will be visiting Poznan. I stayed at this apartment for three nights during a business trip to Poznan. It was about 10min ride from the airport and it was easy to find. I arrived very late but the instructions were clear with pictures and text so the checking procedure went well without any issues. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that I needed during my stay. There are some grocery stores within walking distance and next to the apartment block there is a great premium meat store that had some amazing Wagyu beef. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed so it was easy to prepare all my meals.

The apartment was very spacious and exactly what we needed for our three-day vacation ! The kitchen is perfect for cooking and the gas stove is easily usable. Even though we weren’t really familiar with it before, Daria gave us clear instructions for its usage. The bathroom was super clean and the bed and the sofa can fit up to four people. The train station is close-by (2min walk) and will easily take you anywhere in the city. There’s also a supermarket right around the corner of the apartment building complex which is open from 6am to 11pm. Overall, we were super happy with our stay and would definitely recommend staying at Daria‘s place :)

Ce n'était pas notre premier séjour dans cet appartement, ce ne sera pas le dernier non plus. Je recommande sans hésitation. Vous serez tranquille et bien installé dans cet appartement.

Wszystko super, komunikatywni i bardzo pomocni gospodarze, wiele przydatnych podpowiedzi z Ich strony. Warunki mieszkaniowe dobre, w rzeczywistości mieszkanie wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach, kwota za wynajem bardzo atrakcyjna. Dziękujemy za Państwa życzliwość i pozdrawiamy :)

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurzurlaub in der Unterkunft die direkt im Zentrum von Poznan liegt. Die Sauna und der Jacuzzi waren sehr angenehm und entspannend, leicht zu bedienen. Die Anleitung war leider nur auf Polnisch, wir haben sie mit dem Übersetzer gescannt. Auf Rückfrage wurden uns von Grzegorz sofort noch mehr Handtücher gebracht, die Kommunikation war super und einfach. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Pan Grzegorz to był najlepszy gospodarz z jakim miałem do czynienia. Zrozumiały, szybko odpisywał i był chętny do pomocy. Naprawdę nie jestem w stanie opisać jak bardzo wyjazd mi się podobał, hotel czysty, łóżka bardzo wygodne, dostęp do domu łatwy a jak były utrudnienia to wystarczyło zadzwonić :)) wszystko jak w opisie, nic się nie różni, nawet w dodatku woda 😁 naprawdę polecam wszystkim z całego serca

Świetne miejsce, naprawdę warte swojej ceny:) Czyste, schludne, ucieszy oko każdej osoby, która ceni sobie architektoniczne perełki:) Pani Małgorzata to bardzo ciepła i przyjazna osoba, zaczekała na nas i oprowadziła po całym kompleksie przy check-inie mimo późnej pory, za co byłam z moim gościem bardzo wdzięczna 🫶 Okolica jest bardzo cicha, zamknięta, z mnóstwem urokliwych restauracji wokół, a darmowy basen jest absolutnym must-visit! Polecam:)

Allix to świetny gospodarz - komunikatywny, towarzyski, bezproblemowy, chętny do pomocy. Na pewno fajnie byłoby się u niego zatrzymać na dłużej niż jedną noc. Mieszkanie czyste i dobrze wyposażone we wszystko czego podróżnicy mogą potrzebować w drodze. Szczerze polecam bo to coś wiecej niż po prostu nocleg w innym mieście.

Wir haben uns in der Ekosfera bei Agnieszka sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss waren gemütlich, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse mit Seeblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Besonders gut hat uns der gepflegte Außenbereich gefallen. Es gab einen Spielplatz, Rasenfläche mit Spiele, wie Federball oder Klettball, Hängematten und einen kleinen Pool. Alles war herrlich begrünt und liebevoll bepflanzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein SUB oder ein Tretboot zu leihen. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.
