Ideal location – only 10 minutes by foot to the city center, 5 minutes from the train station and only 3 minutes to the nearest Bill. Nearby you will also find the Kocka and Prior department stores, a beer room or a pizzeria. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people and we are happy to welcome your four-legged friends as well. Of course there is free parking right at the property. Relax in comfort while you have everything important literally one step from the door.

It is located in a quiet location, just 15 minutes walk from the city center and 20 minutes from the bus and train station. There is a children's playground Inčučuna and a lot of services nearby. There is above-standard kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, a washing machine with a dryer, free parking in the building and a lot of board games. We will also be happy to prepare a crib on request.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy.
