Enjoy this beautiful place as a couple, with family or friends, this large 125 m² house with secure swimming pool is well located, halfway between the Luberon, the Parc du Verdon and close to the beautiful Village of Pierrevert surrounded by vineyards and a few minutes from the magnificent Luberon golf course. Next to the city of Giono, and close to the thermal baths of Gréoux les Bains, you will be 1 hour from the mountains, 1 hour from the sea, close to the lavender in Valensole and Colorado Provençal in Vaucluse.

Large, sunny and quiet apartment.

The apartment includes the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.

The house is surrounded by trees and green hills; there is a little water stream passing through the land. Big heated pool with toys, shaded terrace with no vis-a-vis. You'll be 20min drive away from other pretty villages of Luberon (Lourmarin, Ansouis..), 5 min from vineyards and wine tasting, 40 min from Gorges du Verdon and 25 min away from Aix en Provence.

Notre logement est proche d'Aix en Provence (28 km), aux portes du Luberon, en pleine campagne provençale. Nous sommes à 1 heure des Gorges du Verdon. Le village de Jouques est réputé pour sa beauté et son authenticité. De très jolies promenades pédestres sont possibles dans la colline à partir du cabanon. Notre logement est parfait pour les couples et les voyageurs en solo. Nous acceptons les compagnons à quatre pattes. Nous avons nous même plusieurs chats.
