Whether travelling for business or pleasure, you will certainly enjoy the quiet countryside of our farm. We are SO excited with the complete kitchen/laundry room/bathroom remodel that was completed in June 2020. All appliances are new and the cabinets were custom made by a talented local carpenter.

The Barn is on a 5.5 acres, my home is about 100 feet from the barn. Pets are negotiable.

This place was absolutely beautiful and the perfect cabin getaway. While we were in town for an event and did not get to enjoy the outdoor space as much, the scenery was truly beautiful. It is the perfect place to unplug and relax! Helen and Pat are amazing hosts as well and left us with detailed instructions, recommendations, and goodies to make our stay as amazing and easy as possible. They were so kind and made sure we had a perfect stay!

Were up to attend our son's college graduation in Canton and all the hotels were book as we needed 3 rooms so we book Cheryl's place. Waterfront, relatively new building with all the amenities of home. Clean and spacious wish it was a little later in the Spring so the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the water.

Our family (7 adults) stayed at Lee’s beautiful home for the weekend; we were in town for my son’s college graduation. The home was clean, as pictured, peaceful, relaxing and the right amount of space for us all. We had space for making dinner, playing cards and enjoyed a campfire in the backyard. Check in and out was a breeze, there were ample linens, kitchen appliances/utensils,etc., great space for parking our cars, beautiful view, great outdoor space. It was tucked into the woods but only an easy 20 minute drive to Potsdam. We were all very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone considering Lee’s place. Fantastic!

If a wonderfully appointed cottage, nestled amongst the pines, overlooking soothing water is what you are after, then look no further! Enjoy your first cup of coffee on the screened porch, if you wish (and I highly recommend), while listening to the birds, watching them swoop back and forth from their feeder, as the sunrise begins your day. Take an easy walk along the water if you'd like. We felt at peace. We were delighted to see that the pictures posted on the site were spot on. The woodwork throughout the cottage, including handmade kitchen cabinets, is extraordinary. Our host was very attentive, answering our questions within minutes. The cottage was quite close to very nice restaurants and shopping. If you go, enjoy your stay. You won't be disappointed.
