The 160 cm bed is a sofa bed with a mattress confort.Terrasse+coin private garden, barbecue, access to the patio with a 4 m by 2.5 m masonry hot tub with 14 waterfall nozzles. This space is shared. Shared parking.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is your responsibility. For long stays, consumables (household products, toilet paper, etc.) are your responsibility.

The owner is a 39-year-old author, residing and sleeping on the ground floor.

Up to 4 guests with a 160 cm double bed in one bedroom and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. Warning: the staircase is narrow. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning is not included and will need to be done. No changing an electric car.
