Condo vacation rentals in Pierce County

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s place. We were visiting our son and family and were very close to their home. We had a spectacular view of the sound from the condo. Having a washer/dryer wasn’t something we thought we would need but it ended up coming in handy before we left. Ron responded to our texts very promptly. Would highly recommend Ron’s place to anyone visiting the area.

This apartment is so cool and funky! As someone who grew up in the PNW, I loved staying right in downtown Tacoma, where there are so many new restaurants, bars, and coffee shops to visit for the first time and many tried-and-true to revisit as well. It's also right next to Guitar Maniacs, a Tacoma institution! Thanks, Mike & Anita!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in town. The condo was exactly what we needed — clean, quiet, and incredibly relaxing after long days taking care of business. The view of the Puget Sound was absolutely stunning. We loved watching the boats go by — it really made the space feel like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for comfort and great scenery in North Tacoma!

This was perfect place for our family of 5. The living/kitchen area was great for spending time together. We had a great time!

We stayed in at this location for a graduation in the area. The condo was in a great location and walkable to some cute local restaurants and bars. We took a lovely walk down to see the water as well. The condo itself was wonderful! it was bright, spacious and clean. They number of appliances and dishes in the kitchen were so helpful with cooking and cutting cost of eating out every meal - we loved the kitchen. We also greatly enjoyed the outdoor space each morning with our coffee. We will visit the area again and would love to say here!

We stayed at Travis’s place for an entire month and the place was perfect for an extended stay. We had plenty of room and supplies. Travis also supplied a parking pass at a nearby garage which was extremely helpful. Yes- the neighborhood can be loud but it was also convenient to have so many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Travis does supply a white noise machine and the bedroom is in the back. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t have any issues (other than Cinco De Mayo). If you are looking for a great place to stay and are familiar with urban living then this is a perfect place for you!

I had a wonderful stay at the condominium in the Walker Building in Tacoma. The space was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully laid out, and offered a great sense of privacy and quiet—perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Everything about the stay felt smooth and comfortable, and the building itself is in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

It was perfect, we used this to have one of our California market's employees stay here to give us a hand in our market here in the PNW, it was the perfect location for the zone he was in.

Ron's condo is quiet, comfortable, and really convenient to the heart of Tacoma. The combination of the cozy interior and quiet setting, with the ability to go quickly to sights and good food is exceptional. The interior is spacious and feels "full-sized" compared to some alternatives with the same specs.

The place was nice and clean and the best part is the great location! Ron is an amazing host, was very responsive to all our needs. Highly recommend.

Great location, wonderful neighborhood! It was walking distance to where I have been working. Very safe! I lived the patio with a great view of the harbor. Great value!!
