Little Sis'....a sweet retreat (town minutes away)

This pristine little Scandinavian D-log cabin sits on over 2 quiet wooded acres a brief 5-minute drive from uptown Pagosa (our more commercial area with nicer grocery store, dining, brewery, Walmart, etc) and about 10 minutes to the springs (downtown). Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

The Cozy Cove

This 500 sqft Cozy Cove is nestled in the woods. Very private and full of wildlife. Only five miles from Pagosa. We have the wonderful hot springs, awesome river rafting, hiking, close to two of the best train rides in the state! Delicious eateries and breweries. Year-round festivals. Fantastic live music. There IS heat and hot water. No air conditioning. I’m working on figuring out how to change that…🤨
