Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

Great location, the place is exactly as described in the photos. The parking and building is safe and easy to access, the apartment has all the facilities to have a comfortable stay. In the area there are restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and in general an active trade.

The place is very peaceful and nice to be. The pool is big and chévere para nadar. The gym is only for the owners of the set.

Maria is very kind and attentive, flexible with check-in and check-out times, open to requests. A very nice and quiet place, the photos don't do the space justice, it's much nicer and cozier. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils; crockery, pots, blender, microwave oven and everything for cleaning. Travelers should note that the TV does not have access to streaming platforms, although there is an internet connection. There is no sound system or iron, but otherwise, it is an excellent place.

Stayed here before and always try to get this place. Convenient to the shopping mall and things I need to do. Host is always responsive to questions and needs.

Very satisfied with our stay, don Enrique is a super host, both he and his manager are super attentive and helpful, they will give you their attention and immediate help for any concerns or requests regarding the apartment and your stay in the city; in fact we had a situation that required the attention and maintenance service in the apartment upon our arrival, but it was satisfactorily resolved during the first week of our stay. The apartment is very well located, in a safe and quiet area, surrounded by everything you may need, it has everything informed in the description for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I recommend stay in Reserva Canaveral and Don Enrique as a super host.

The apartment is impeccable, just like the photos, the view is amazing and you feel very safe.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment has a spacious, clean, pleasant social area, with various entertainment options for children. The parking area is also spacious and airy. Silvia as a host from start to finish guaranteed a good stay and in her apartment we felt like we were in our own home. The overall surveillance and service staff stood out for great service.
