I recommend it, better than I expected, very friendly and attentive host

Myriam is very attentive to her being comfortable. The apartment has all the essentials and is in an area that is not difficult to access. I think it's a fair price for the attention and facilities they offer you. We appreciate the hospitality and it is certainly a place I recommend if you plan to be in Bucaramanga and want to feel like a homey atmosphere. If I came back it would be my first choice

I recommend it very nice, very comfortable and the customer service very good, I would come back tomorrow if I could haha; the only thing I would recommend for future guests is that when arriving in Paipa by waze or Google maps they look by the name of the building and do not be guided by the address or the link of arbnb, since it has a fault and you end up elsewhere, a clearly issue of the app and not from the hosts but it's worth mentioning so that it doesn't happen to more people.

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

Wonderful place to clear your mind, the pueblito is a dream and very friendly people

I thought the stay was wonderful, a very quiet place for me, my husband and especially for my elderly parents. Also for my dogs, they were happy, the terrace gave me the impression of a very large place, I walked around there, I played with my dogs. The building, everyone was very attentive, the security guards were very helpful. the location with easy access to the city's sights. I loved it, I almost stayed. We hope to return soon! Suggestion: TV channels. Older adults want to watch TV and not just platforms. But this doesn't take away from its beauty. I would give this place a 10 out of 10.

Our stay at Marcela’s place was excellent. Very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen was very well appointed with utensils for cooking home cooked meals. Hot water and AC worked well our entire 2 week stay. Beautiful neighborhood but very busy during the day. Main thoroughfare and close to markets and restaurants. Fairly quiet at night. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for your help and a great stay. 🙏🏼

Very well kept apartment in a good location, clean and spacious, and host was super responsive! They welcomed us into the apartment on very short notice, and even replaced the blender that broke within less than a day. Very satisfied and would stay here again.

Great place to stay. The hostess are awesome. The security guards are friendly and professional. One of them, told us about a great little sandwich shop called Iberico. It has good sandwiches and great prices.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.

Very comfortable, cozy, cool apartment, very much in line with the description. Excellent location and view of the city, the social areas (pool and sauna) are very nice. Ferney is always very kind, helpful, and has very good communication. We had a great stay here, 100% recommended.
