Thank you for the wonderful stay. The place held us extremely well for our daughter’s grad in Antigonish. We enjoyed the weather that gave us an early May bbq, a campfire and lovely morning views. The location and rooms made for a wonderful, relaxed, casual celebration with family. Thank you so much.

Derricks cottage by the beach was exactly as picture and perfect for our family of 7! The beach was a 4 minute walk which was perfect and there was beach toys/chairs which was perfect for the kids we had staying with us. The property was peaceful, quiet and there was a lot of space to play the lawn games which were already here.

My husband and I stayed for a week and had a lovely time. Everything was very clean upon arrival and there are all the amenities one could need! The home is bright and spacious, with the large patio door and windows that provide beautiful views of the water. The large deck is wonderful to sit and enjoy. Scenic, quiet and peaceful. We felt so relaxed and at home here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Good place for our bunch of 10 friends. enough place for everyone.

My family and I spent a delightful few days in this location. The surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for walks to admire forest wildlife, with the path to the beach being our favorite. In summary, the apartment and the general area provide the perfect setting to disconnect and relax in comfort. The weather in the month of April is absolutely ideal in this place.

This is our 4th summer staying with Brenda; her space is clean, fully outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen, and the sunset is excellent. Thanks Brenda!

Nice and calm play to stay

What a wonderful long weekend! The view was amazing and the cottage felt like a home away from home. Everything there we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful! Truly a beautiful spot 😊

The cottage was a peaceful and quiet place to stay, which we used as a point from which to explore beaches and communities along the Northumberland Straight. It was clean, comfortable and well kept, and contained everything we needed to make meals. Thank you Nicole and Cameron!

The photos do not do justice to this beautiful home and its surroundings. So many unique art pieces throughout the home too! Super clean and comfortable, lots of light and the perfect place to rest. Would have loved to stay longer and can hopefully return. Thank you for everything !

Our two nights at the Seaside Sanctuary was just what we needed - relaxation. The place was just as described and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed just hanging out and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. It felt like we were the only people for miles and miles. We stopped at Whistleberry Market on our drive to the area and also checked out the New Glasgow Farmer's Market - both great spots to pick up provisions. We had rain for about half our time there, but that didn't matter with the great covered outdoor space and we got to enjoy the rooftop patio when we had sunshine. For anyone that may have some body pain issues, the bed and small bedroom could be an issue. While the mattress felt comfortable and we slept well, our bodies weren't as happy and relaxed as we were. lol

Leslee was a great host and made everything so easy. The cottage had everything needed plus more. Our family enjoyed our stay especially enjoying our morning coffee on the deck with the an amazing view.

This home is smart and easy to access. The view is stunning. The home is pristine and very secure. Information on the home and the local restaurants is given as well. The home was well stocked with toiletries, cleaning supplies, and even food items that one may forget to pick up from the market. Please be sure to sit in the living area or the deck to view the sunset and/or see the caribou, birds, and squirrels that make the location appear like what we read in books.
