The accommodation was impeccably clean and in a comfortable and cozy decoration. The welcome basket with regional products was a very thoughtful gesture by hosts. The house has excellent soundproofing, which provides a peaceful rest. It is very well equipped, with plenty of utensils available. I highly recommend this site and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity.

Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Santa Bárbara Sea House is peaceful yet close to Ribeira Grande. The apartment is tastefully renovated, bright, very clean, and well equipped. We especially liked the two comfortable bedrooms, the open kitchen-living area, and the shared outdoor space. Silvia an her Team is a fantastic host – friendly, reliable, and easy to reach. A perfect place to relax, enjoy, and explore the island. Highly recommended!

This was a very clean organized place. We extended our stay from 3 days to 6 days! It was a very comfortable apartment with easy free parking and grocery stores close by, too. Highly recommended apartment!

Filipe amd co were very frieldnt and responsive, the apartment was super, really clean with the essentails and more. The location was also great for exploring both the town and the island with parking nearby also. Suited me perfectly for a week of exploring, and would certainly recommend. Thank you!

We had a great time in Sao Miguel. The accommodation is well located, close to the places to visit. The accommodation is clean and very nicely decorated. When we arrived, Rui greeted us and fresh bread was given to us every morning. I appreciate your welcome.

The host was there to meet us, showed us around the apartment and gave us some local helpful hints. He brought us to where the car would be parked, it was a private space. It wasn't far from the apartment. The kitchen was pristine. The outdoor area was beautiful, very private. Very quiet, very clean. And the host was extremely responsive to any of our questions. We felt very safe in the area and it was walkable to the "downtown" area to get a local cup of coffee. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is great and very comfortable!, the hosts were great communicators and were waiting for us when we arrived. the location is a short walk to pretty much everything in Ponta Delgada. We had a car and never had any problems finding street parking for the week that were there. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Staying at Debbie's place was the perfect way to start off our trip! Absolutely amazing views from any window in the place. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels for our stay. We enjoyed having our coffee & pasteis de nata every morning at the property before heading out to explore the island. Great location - we walked to a different (delicious) restaurants each night. Since we were traveling very light, having the washer there to do a small load of laundry was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay in Ponta Delgada was wonderful! Check in was a breeze and the apartment was exactly what we expected and more. The living room and kitchen were spacious and very well equipped. We had more than enough utensils, dish ware, and cookware. Everywhere in the apartment was clean and comfortable, and had surprising amounts of storage. Travelling to and from the apartment by car was very easy, and the garage parking added extra peace of mind. Not sure if we missed some guest instructions, but we had to ask where to take out our garbage and recycling, which would have been nice to know sooner. All in all, a very cozy, well equipped, and conveniently located apartment to stay at when exploring the island!

I stayed here with 3 friends, and we all had an incredible stay! The apartment was so clean with more than enough towels, and kitchen supplies. It’s a quick walk to the beach and near some cool restaurants. The host gave us tons of great recommendations. The beds were comfy and the views from the apartment were amazing! Claudio and his family welcomed us very kindly and generously. the apartment is clean with all the necessary amenities, some products to help out. We had practically enough to have breakfast. the exceptional views of the countryside and the sea. Bucolic atmosphere. Closed property for parking. You'll find Claudio's house at the end of a cul-de-sac. We recommend 100%

The location is ideal—just a short walk to the city center of Ponta Delgada, making it easy to explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Check in was easy, as followed instructions given. Very noisy from airport (didn’t realise how close we were when booking). The apartment was perfect for my mum and I, one bed and used sofa bed. Would recommend if you have a hire car like us as we drove into town and everywhere else, not the best if you need to use taxi/ bus etc to get around

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is very close to a popular surf spot, it's just 1 minute walk. The apartment is very modern and having the jakuzi on the terrace was a nice experience. The communication with Ryan was very fast, when there was a problem, he helped immediately.

My husband and I had a great stay at Bruno’s Airbnb. We picked this apartment because it is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes away from the supermarket, and about 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. When we arrived the space was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything looks brand new. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in after a long adventurous day. He was very quick to answer any of our questions and he provided some great recommendations on places to visit, and where to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
