Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cabin is perfect to experience the remote quiet life in the country yet it is only 6 miles to the nearest town of Byrdstown TN which is absolutely charming. It still has the southern hospitality in which we all love and endure. This cabin is less than 11 miles from the prestigous Dale Hollow Lake and Sunset Marina where there is a multitude of water activities to do including a sandy beach area at the Obey River Recreation Area.

A hot tub is positioned on a private porch, surrounded by lush greenery. A tray with a bottle of sparkling wine, two glasses, and fresh grapes is neatly arranged beside the tub. The scene conveys a serene and inviting atmosphere.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlook Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. This cottage offers two double beds, living area, dining room table, and full kitchen. WIFI and Smart TV’s, heat/air conditioning. Your kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, silverware, dishes, a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a Gas Grill on the porch, perfect for grilling all the fish you catch.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this quiet spot in nature. 15 minutes to Pickett Park or Twin Arches. Local winery in town is about 10 minutes away. We are about 8 minutes from Walmart and downtown Jamestown. Alvin York Park is about 20 minutes away. South Fork National Park is about 20 minutes away. Pogue Creek State Natural Area is about 10 minutes away. We do have chicken's and bee's. We do sell eggs to our guests at discounted price.

It is within walking distance of 2 delicious hometown restaurants, a boutique, flower shop and art studio! This is the perfect place for a fun couples getaway! Although there is 1 king size bed you can have more than 2 guests as long as they are comfortable with sleeping on a couch or love seat!
