The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Located in the heart of Minervois, in the historic center of the village of Caunes Minervois, Maison 5 is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation peacefully. It is an invitation to the sweetness of life. Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

Le Moulin du plô du Roy

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. La Fontchaude - Charming, quiet & nature gîte

Only 4 km from the famous Giant Chasm, 7 km from the Minervois vineyards, 25 km from the City of Carcassonne and 26 km from the Lastours castles. Enjoy a stay in an authentic setting between wild nature and historical heritage. We will have the pleasure of hosting you at "La Maison Cachée" located at the foot of the ramparts, a stone's throw from the city center and direct access to all amenities in the heart of the tourist district. Recently restored and fully equipped, you will be able to enjoy a real relaxing moment in a private courtyard overlooking the medieval city of Carcassonne. Occupancy is 8 people. Booking is possible from 2 guests.

Authentic and modern Martinoles cottages

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

At the foot of the ramparts and a somewhat secret staircase leading to the heart of the medieval city, our charming, fully renovated and equipped house is ideal for your family! You will make the most of this wonderful monument and relax in a serene and comfortable place with careful decoration. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bathroom (shower) and a television screen, just like in a hotel.
