Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. Traditional three-storey tower house in Karytaina. Reconstructed with great care by the hosts with authentic wooden elements and traditional touches in the decoration. The house is in a very quiet area of the village overlooking the bridge of Alfios and the plateau of Megalopolis. It has 2 fireplaces, a spacious living room and high-ceilinged bedrooms. At the entrance there is a courtyard with shade from a large walnut tree and vines.

It was a stone house, and we renovated it in the most modern way but maintaining the original look.
