Waterfront vacation rentals in Phường 25

My fiancé and I stayed here for three nights and were very surprised about the building. It is very new and clean. There are everywhere security guys and only people with a card can come inside the building, so it gave us a very safe feeling. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. One of the hosts waited for us in front of the building and showed us the apartment. He was very polite and friendly. The building is not located in the center of HCMC so the surrounding is more quiet and you can still get easily into the city with a taxi.

Area is nice and still developing. Just a 5 minute drive from the heart of district one. Place is nice, modern, and secure.

We had a really good stay. The place is clean and service responsive. The only downside was that we had to make arrangement an hour in advance whenever we needed to use the pool.

Tom’s place is absolutely beautiful and elegantly designed. Located on the 28th floor, it offers stunning city views. It’s just a short walk from Bui Vien Street, making the location super convenient. Totally worth what we paid and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

It's clean. There's a hairdryer and iron in the big room drawer.

I enjoyed staying at Thuan's place. The place is clean and well-organized. Location is very convenient for shopping, eating, and hanging out. It's also not too far from the district 1. I felt comfortable as at home when staying here. Would recommend to friends and family.

The place is quite quiet and chill with sunny balcony. We felt fresh and ease during the our stay and were pleased to be able to rent this apartment. Thank you host Uyen for your active response and support. ☺️ I definitely comeback if I have the chance.

Nice place in a terrific area! A well equipped and cared for home. Thao Dien has so many restaurants, bars, and cafes, and this home right there. And it's just a few steps from the new metro station. And Vivi is a proactive and responsive host.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Only thing I have to say is the airbnb looked different from the photos listed but I’m not complaining since it was even better in person. Host should really update photos! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and had many stores around.

Great place, clean and spotless. Jasmine and team were always very responsive. Quite a few supermarkets nearby. Very close to mrt station. Away from the hustle bustle of district 1, but very central at the same time. 16-20 mins to district 1 where most of the attractions are

This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!

The apartment is located at District 4, but it is very close to District 1. Enjoyed my stay there!
