Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Phường 22

Mila is very responsive except for one time. Even though it was written in the fine print the registration requirement for using swimming pool. We thought this point maybe highlighted as it is part of the advertisement. We ended up cannot use any facility as it needs to preregistration 3 days before using. Other wise the view and facility are excellent.

The Host is very helpful. I booked his room last year. He's an old friend. I'll come back again next time.

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

This property is in a modern residential complex with a lot of infrastructure. There are shops, coffee shops, restaurants, parks. Special attention should be paid to the shopping center, which is two minutes away. The apartment was very clean with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend staying here! Thank you so much for a nice stay!

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

Okay, I've stayed many times in a row.

The house is small but cozy and comfortable. The evening view is very beautiful, especially when it rains. What's special is that it's on a high floor but not noisy at all; it's very quiet and perfect for resting, studying, and working.

My wife and I had a pleasant stay. Spacious, clean, and easily accessible. The Viacom mall was only 100 yards away. We were able to locate many Korean restaurants nearby as well. The host was exceptionally patient and kind, providing all the necessary information for our comfortable stay. I would come back and stay again.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

I went to this apartment, the host assisted me and I was traveling alone. The apartment was clean,the furniture was new and everything was as expected. Good luck to you guys and all the best of luck.

I would say everything is perfect!! If you really want me to be picky, just some little tiny things, the shampoo and bodywash can use some normal brand like VS or TRESemmé

Nice view and a good location in Saigon

Had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! Trust me when I say the location is near to all the must see places in Ho Chi Minh! Literally just minutes to walking street, Saigon square, Ben thanh market, apartment cafe, hothiky street food market, tan Dinh church and much more! Especially if you’re on a scooter. There’s also a super delicious pizza/pasta place right downstairs of the apartment that we ate at multiple times 😋 place is also very spacious and homey for families with lots of luggage’s.

Had a great stay! The hosts were very approachable and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is great, close to lots of good amenities like shops and cafes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Highly recommend !!!! Host is super friendly and amazing. Very quick response if you need any helps or recommends. The place is very clean and tidy. It’s a breath-taking view from the balcony. I imagined that it is 5-star hotel room when I took my first step into the place. Everything is well decorated. This is my best choice I’ve ever had when choosing a place to stay. A great space to stay, the household necessities are fully complete. Very convenience for us while have a work journey there.
