We really enjoyed our stay. The localization is great, close to metro station, many restaurants and a shopping mall. The apartment is clean, and spacious. Kitchen has a microwave, electric kettle, stove and rice cooker. Perhaps some things in the apartment could be renovated, but the price is still great, and we had a great stay, so we highly recommend it.

It was a clean and comfortable room.

Great location, on top of a shopping mall was really convenient. The apartment lift is operated by facial recognition with direct lift access to the mall.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

I stay at one of Trang’s places every time I visit Saigon. She is very responsive, the locations are excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Beautiful Place

Vie always responds timely to all of our requests when we noticed any missing kitchen or cleaning supplies, or any items you feel should be provided with the rental. The apartment gets thoroughly cleaned by a team of 2 every 5 days is something we didn't expect. The huge infinity pool with a fabulous city view on 7th floor also is a plus, especially after a good workout in the gym on the 8th floor. The view of the river from all three rooms is simply gorgeous and peaceful. We would recommend Vie's place to anyone who wishes to visit Thao Dien.

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Tay was a great host and was extremely responsive. Very nice and peaceful stay with a beautiful view.

Only thing I have to say is the airbnb looked different from the photos listed but I’m not complaining since it was even better in person. Host should really update photos! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and had many stores around.

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Amazing place and host

The apartment is nice. It locates at a very convenient location. You will have easy access to street foods and grocery stores. It is walking distance to D2 street, which is very lively at night. The location is also easy for Grab to pick you up. The stay was comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive. We had a great experience and felt safe. Thank you for hosting us
