Vacation rentals with a patio in Phuoc Long B

I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

It was so convenient because the host always responded quickly. There was nothing lacking for 8 people to use, and all the bedding and towels were clean. I want to use this accommodation again next time I come.

The place is as described. The host is kind and communicative. I loved that towels were provided a lot. Hope the best for the host and the airbnb.

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great place in Thao Dien, pictures are exactly as described in listing. Host replied immediately on all queries even not related to the apartment, she was really helpful and friendly. We really felt at home and a bit difficult to leave even.. enjoy!

Thx for this great appartment at Landmark. Great location and support for the owner. Everything working well beside some complications at the beginning with finger print and access to the pool. But we worked it out. I’ll be back again, cheers Henryk

A tasteful and comfortable stay overall. The apartment was serene and well-equipped. However, the absence of Netflix on the TV and limited communication with the host were slight drawbacks.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

This place is awesome for families. Great facility, excellent location and even though it’s inside the busiest neighborhood it is super quiet once you enter into the complex. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to Stay in Saigon

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. Amazing place and nearby area. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s about an hour from District 1 so that might be a concern if you have limited time to see things, but it’s a superb stay for anything a bit longer since you have almost anything you’d need within a 5-10 minute walk. There’s also a free bus that can take you into the city. David was a flexible and helpful host as well.

I enjoyed my stay, definitely recommend!
