Peaceful security location, nice Italian restaurant on territory, a few minutes to sea, 7/11, beach clubs, massage, manicure , pedicure, hairstyles, shops, night market. Motorbikes and car rent is on the opposite road side. Nice swimming pool with electrochlorination technology. Quite neighbors. Highly recommended to people who prefer comfortable and safety holidays.

With 24-hour security, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The residential area is a haven for families, featuring two inviting pools that cater to both children and adults alike. We stayed for 5 days over new year, the place was fantastic, had everything we needed and Nong the housekeeper even did our laundry! Would highly recommend for large families, beach was a 5 min walk, private pool at the villa was great for all to cool off, I’d definitely stay here again. Was a little tricky to find the first time from the airport but otherwise a secure and private complex.

The Coco Palace was great for our group of seventeen. The combination of 3 separate villas with multiple bedrooms in each was perfect. The grounds are amazing with a lazy river type pool and several different gathering places and table sets. The villa is located in a residential area, and we almost never heard any traffic or noise. Very peaceful. Hui, the villa manager was fantastic. She was able to help us set up massages at the villa and was ready with suggestions and advice. One thing I would highly recommend is having the staff prepare some meals for you. We ate dinner at the villa almost every night and Hui was able to prepare anything we asked for. We preferred Thai food, and it did not disappoint. More food than we could possibly eat with leftovers available for lunch. The cost was very, very reasonable less than most restaurant prices with quality as good or in most cases better.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

We spent a month at Mai and Kurt's great place. The whole apartment is simply fantastic: paradise on earth, it can't be nicer. The open concept and fantastic views are unique. We loved every moment. Kurt was accessible at all times and spoiled us with fine delicacies as a welcome. He's a great host all around. Thank you for this unforgettable time.

Really enjoyed the stay here in Rawai. My girlfriend and I spent the month in this apartment and didn't really have any problems. The wifi works very reliably so it's well set up for video calls. It's a very quiet area, seems to be mainly families. You won't encounter much disturbance so it was very peaceful overall. The area is great, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (Costa, We Cafe, Vida, Poached). The Japanese restaurant by the apartment is also really nice. The host also provided complimentary cleaning once a week which we really appreciated and they were very easy to get hold of. Would recommend this place

Great place, and even better host! We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the Host was great. The location is good with kind of private beach. 711 around great massages and everything that you will need for your vacation.

Stayed here to train at Bangtao Muay Thai & MMA was perfect! Aree was an amazing host. Very responsive. Will be looking to stay here again soon!

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

The flat was great. There was a pool outside and one one the bedrooms had an amazing view. Eve was super friendly and helpful. We were able go check in prior in time because of our flight time. Would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Phuket.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, and in excellent condition A special thanks to our host, Irina, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the check-in process seamless and was always quick to assist with any issues we had during our stay Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful vacation spot!

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Huan is a fabulous host. Always responds promptly to queries and is very accommodative. For a weary traveler Huan's 2BR Apartment at Bay Cliff Patong is a must stay BnB. Very comfortable with a stunning unbeatable view from the lounge. The place is exactly as in the pictures at Airbnb website. A very well furnished kitchen turning it into a home away from home. 5 minutes walk from 7 eleven store is another plus point. Rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brent was a great host and helped us figure a lot out. It’s an interesting place and I hope it doesn’t change. Just far enough away to feel like you can have your own little spot on the shoreline, but not far enough where you abandon everything. The bars there if you want. She’s amazing in the bar and helpful if you need. Meet a few random passerby’s. Room was open and spacious. It’s a great little spot to getaway and just worry about the basics. Not a single complaint

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place is right on the beach and it’s very quiet. It’s perfect if you wish to stay in a quieter spot but still in driving distance from Phuket Old Town and Rawai. The host was very communicative and always at hand to help! I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home on a hill in Kata Beach. The sunset and ocean views were stunning, and the beach was just a short walk away. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, which made the experience even better. For the price, the value was unbeatable-I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed here for a few days with 2 friends. We loved it! Very peaceful, quiet, and you just cannot beat the view! We spent hours on the porch talking and enjoying the view. On the top floor, there are two bedrooms (with comfy beds and a/c!) and a bathroom. On the main floor, there is the kitchen (very basic, but enough for what we needed), bathroom, living room (with 2 couches and a small table with 2 chairs), and the porch is off of the living room. There is a big table with 2 benches on the porch, plus 2 lounge chairs and a drying rack. Then there is the lowest level, which is just like a porch, which also has a bathroom and a table and seats (but we didn't spend much time there). The only thing is that the steps (outside and inside) are very steep. The beach is private and we saw only one other person on the beach the whole time we were there. Location is kind of remote, which was perfect for us. Grab delivered food and groceries here with no problems! Definitely recommend!

Great Airbnb location was very nice. Had the host fill the fridge for our kids due to a late arrival which she set up transport for with a baby seat. I couldn’t ask for more in a family vacay. Thank you Dee (host)
