Calme Home is a great place to stay- D3 is close enough to the action without the chaos of D1. Next to the river on Lu Van Sy street, the home alley is easy to find. Save the provided address in the Grab app for easy returns. Thanh is an excellent host, always ready to respond with helpful tips, awesome food and local recommendations. She went above and beyond, quickly solving a small hiccup upon check-in and making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire stay. Thanh knows the space like the back of her hand, answering any and all inquiries with expedient accuracy. She’s a big reason why we had such a great experience in this home with modern amenities.

Had a fantastic stay at the Botanist Lab. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Check in was easy and simple. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit worried that the place would not look like the photos, but the photos that the host posted online is exactly what you'll get. Rooms are very quiet and you can't hear a thing from outside. I had my wedding during this trip, and with Vietnamese weddings there are certain traditions that you need to follow. One of the traditions was bringing presents from the grooms house to the brides house. I wanted to use this beautiful home as the grooms house. I had requested the staff to allow me to decorate the entrance with a small gate and some flowers and they were very accommodating and went above to ensure everything went smoothly on our special day. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Botanist Lab. I will most likely book this listing again the next time I come back. 10/10

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! The building was surprisingly spacious and modern (really a lot more impressive in person!) My room was spotless, cozy, and exactly the kind of space I enjoy being in. I also really liked the movie projector they had in the room. It was so much fun watching films on it at night. Importantly, the amenities were perfect. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely easy. The bathroom was spacious, and having a washing machine was a great added convenience. I would also say that the location is ideal. The apartment is nicely situated between the airport and District 1, making travel to both quick and easy. A huge shoutout to the hostess, who was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout my stay! We chatted almost daily as she assisted with small things, which really made a difference! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in HCMC.

We loved our stay in HCMC District 1. The house is down a quiet narrow street with other residences. The main living space on the ground floor was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos and we could comfortably fit all 11 guests for meals. The rooms are spacious and all have their own bathroom ensuite. There is a lady who sells breakfast on the corner of the lane 10m from the front door. She changes the menu every day but is generally a noodle soup of varying flavours. We found them all delicious and seriously cheap ~35k.

We had a great stay at Oanh‘s place. The host was very responsive and allowed for flexible check-in. There is a supermarket just across the street which is very convenient. Would definitely stay there again :)

There’s something special about the quiet alley where this building is located. It’s peaceful, yet so close to everything you need. A great spot for resting before late flights, literally took 5mins to get to the Airport.

Beautiful and wonderful apartment, spectacular view, easy short cab ride to the downtown, convenience store on premises, driveway doorman making life so much easier rather than trying to hail cabs on the busy street. The hostess and her mom are absolutely lovely people. This is my new favorite place in Saigon.

Enjoyed stayed here in Phu Nhuan much more than my stay in a hotel in District 1. Check in was really easy and it definitely has a much more local feel to the area than the super touristy parts of HCMC. The bed is really comfortable, AC works great, and the unit is really unique and cool. The free laundry service was a great touch and really helpful for me. Thao responded to me right away always and was helpful with the questions I asked her. It’s a short scooter ride or about a 20 minute walk to Tanh Dinh market and there’s lots of other local restaurants etc around. I really felt at home here and I wish I could have stayed here longer.

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

We booked Ahn's apartment as the location was very convenient for early morning flight. Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with good air-conditioning and TV. Enjoyed wandering the area. Park and restaurants close by, and a mini mart and cafe at the complex. Thanks Ahn. Most appreciated.

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.

Anh Marty là một người host airbnb rất tuyệt vời. Ảnh trả lời tin nhắn rất nhanh nhóng mà lại còn thân thiện. Location thì tuyệt khỏi phải nói, gần những chỗ đi tham quan du lịch cực. Phòng thì dễ check in và còn hợp túi tiền. Nói chung là recommend ạ!
